Shipping Policy
PLEASE sign for your delivery as UNCHECKED, or make sure you check your delivery BEFORE you sign for it as being received ok.
If you are unable to check your delivery before signing for it, sign for your delivery as UNCHECKED and make unpacking video, or if the package is damaged in any way, no matter how small, please sign for it stating DAMAGED.
We CANNOT CLAIM from our carriers for any damaged items that have not been signed for as DAMAGED. If you sign for a delivery which you find at a later date is damaged, our carriers WILL NOT accept liability, and you may be charged for the damaged items if we cannot claim from the carriers, In this case a delivery charge for replacement, repainting, repair items is a buyer responsibility.
By completing your order you agree to abide by these instructions to check your delivery and sign for it accordingly as either OK, UNCHECKED or DAMAGED.
If you have signed for your goods as DAMAGED, you must notify us by email within 3 days of the original delivery date. This communication must also be backed up in writing via recorded delivery within the same 7 days. Once we have been notified of the damaged goods, you will be given a specific reference number.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For all painted parts, you can cancel your order within 3 hours from the time of purchase to receive a full refund with out PayPal fees( non refundable by PayPal policy).Any cancellations made after 3 hours will be not acceptable. To submit your cancelation request, please contact us via our WhatsApp or email during regular business hours.
RETURN POLICY:
Painted Automotive Parts are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Since this is a customized part, all orders are made to match your specific requirements, and cannot be sold again. In case of Refused Shipments – If customer refuses delivery of an order, package will be abandoned at delivery location post warehouse and destroyed after sometime with out any refund from seller.
